Soup
Hot and sour soup. Our classic hot and sour broth is deceptively simple, but the flavor is very complex. Then we add in lemongrass, tomatoes mushrooms, galangal roots, cabbage, and lime leaves. There is a touch of dairy milk to balance the taste.
Hot and sour coconut soup. If you like tom yum, then this aromatic coconut version with lemongrass, tomatoes, mushrooms, galangal roots, cabbage, and lime leaves.
We keep this simple and clean. Seasonal vegetables in clear broth. When we were kids, we called it, Thai penicillin.

Green papaya salad. Seasonal. Our famous julienned green papaya salad mixed with garlic, blanched string beans, tomatoes, and Peanuts. Served with chili and lime dressing. Spicy.

Spicy beef salad. Our version of Thai spicy beef salad. We sear and grill our beef. Tok means, waterfall. As the savory beef juices fall onto our hot flames. It is reminiscent of a waterfall. We slice then add roasted rice powder, red onion, cilantro, lettuce and tossed in spicy lime dressing.
Spicy shrimp salad. Grilled shrimp, then peeled. We tossed them together with green scallions, cilantro, and lettuce, then into a lime and chili dressing.
Choice of tofu or ground meat cooked with lime juice, roasted rice powder, onions, cilantro and chili powders. Served with fresh lettuce. Its spicy.
This Glass Noodle Salad is wonderfully bright in flavor and in color. Refreshing crunchy vegetables, Mung bean glass noodles tossed with a perfectly balance of sweet, savory and sour saucy dressing.

Entree
Stir fry basil. This is the way we elevate a traditional Thai basil recipe. We craft our own chili paste which adds a little heat to our sauce. This method actually glazes your choice of meat or seafood. It's a spectacular tasty and aromatic dish.
Stir fry ginger. If you love the ginger flavor in your meat or seafood, this recipe is rooted (no pun intended) in Chinese cuisine. We add our Fusion of Thai soybean mixture. Stir fry together with fresh ginger, onion, scallions, black mushrooms, and seasonal vegetables, making this dish 1 of our favorites.
Stir fry crispy garlic. If you are a fan of garlic with your meat or seafood. We take fresh garlic blended in white pepper and stir fry cilantro, and seasonal vegetables all blended into a light brown sauce. If you do not like cilantro, we can substitute green scallions.
Stir fry cashews. This dish represents the Chinese influence on Thai cuisine. With your choice of meat or seafood, we quickly saute cashews, fresh seasonal vegetables, onions, and scallions into a signature, light brown sauce.
Stir fry sweet and sour. Now this dish, differs from the Chinese version simply by adding fresh cucumbers, and our signature sweet and sour sauce. Stir fry fresh pineapple, tomatoes, onions, scallions, and bell peppers. This is such a colorful dish that pairs very well with jasmine rice. Meat or seafood or tofu compliments this very saucy dish.
Stir-fried fresh peppers. This Thai dish is spicy with amazing texture. Pad prik sod represents Thai cooking with such savory and spicy flavors known in Thai cuisine. Whichever meat or seafood you choose. We stir fry onions, scallions and fresh green pepper in a savoy and spicy brown sauce.

Massaman CurryThis curry is a fusion of Thai and Indian-style curries. Utilizing both a red Thai Curry paste and Indian spices like cumin, coriander, cinnamon, roasted peanuts and nutmeg.
This is as rustic as curry can get. Made without Coconut milk, the flavor tastes rather pronounced. Jungle, meaning this truly is curry in its mostPrimitive flavor.
